Refund and Cancellation Policy

BiocheMSc provides paid access to a digital question-practice product. Access begins after payment is completed and the account is activated.

Refund eligibility

Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of purchase if the account has attempted fewer than 20 paid questions. Refund requests after this period, or after substantial use of the paid question library, may be declined.

No auto-renewal

BiocheMSc paid plans are one-time access purchases. There is no automatic renewal or recurring subscription charge.

How to request a refund

Email support@biochemsc.com with the account email used for purchase, selected plan, payment date, and reason for the request.

Exam outcomes

BiocheMSc does not guarantee any examination result, score, rank, admission outcome, or qualification outcome.
